GF World Solutions (GFW) was established in 2007 to provide professional services to non-profit organisations, tourism boards, public institutions, corporate and media companies.

GFW understands the dynamics between a good corporate and marketing strategy and a good product/service. We are able to assist companies to select the best marketing mix to enhance their brand and product value.

GFW offers advisory assistance to conceptualize and design a corporate and marketing strategy, and provides full implementation support.

Gavin Khoo Kay Peng

GFW was founded by Mr. Gavin Khoo. Gavin holds an economics degree from the University of Malaya and a postgraduate degree in International Relations from the University of Warwick. He is a British Chevening Scholar.

Over the last 12 years, Gavin has gained valuable exposure in a number of functional areas and industries, both locally and internationally. Previously, he had served as a management consultant in several top international consulting firms and a media organisation.

During the 2008 US presidential election, he was selected by the US State Department to participate in the I-Vote programme as an international observer.

His comments, opinions and articles on various policy topics appear regularly on both local and regional newspapers. He is a regular commentator on radio stations and TV talk shows such as Reuters News, BBC Worldwide, Al-Jazeera, ABC Sydney, Radio Singapore International, Astro Awani and others.

His expertise covers policy and political analysis, public relations, project management, event management, problem solving, business strategy, new business set-up, writing and public speaking.

Asthy Tan

Ms. Asthy Tan holds a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication from the National University of Malaysia. She was previously a Marketing Manager of a foreign tourism board and a senior executive at a trade promotion board. She has a vast experience in tourism promotion, product/service marketing and events management. Asthy is a project director at GFW.
